What We Grow:
Spinach, komatuna, leeks, green onions, eggplant, cucumbers, onions, broccoli, tomatoes.
Our vegetables are cultivated with low pesticides, using livestock manure produced locally, and grown to an international standard. Yamafuji started off in construction, and became a new farmer when his company began a new agriculture division. We hope to revitalize local agriculture and deliver safe and secure food to our customers. In addition, we also aim for balanced employment on the farm, with women as the primary box packers.
We are committed to a supply system that meets demand, with safe and secure agriculture produced on farms certified under international standards (GGAP), and order-oriented agriculture where crops are grown according to customers’ production requests, so that as little loss as possible is generated.
