We cultivate large strains through various methods, such as blending sawdust used for the mushroom bed, pursuing the best environment, and selecting the best mushrooms beds. This company has been producing and selling mushrooms for 40 years.
We are the model of maitake cultivation and aim to make the coolest and tastiest mushrooms every day. Shipping from our own factory, we have won a total of 25 gold medals at the prefectural mushroom fair as of 2023.
